The Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers, Ontario Chapter (CAPS Ontario) is pleased to announce that the winner of the 2010 Best Ontario Sommelier Competition is Will Predhomme of Canoe Restaurant in Toronto. The final competition took place in Toronto at George Restaurant on Monday, June 28th.
Our winner is now eligible to compete for the Best Canadian Sommelier Competition which takes place in a year and a half. We wish to congratulate all four finalists who performed tremendously under the pressure of a live audience during their service examination.
